Synopsis:
  • Amber reviews the Swiss Navy Premium Masturbation Cream.  The premium cream lubricant is not for use with condoms. It starts out as a super-smooth massage cream and works with body heat to create the absolute the best feeling lubricant your skin will ever experience. Comes in 5 oz. tube.

  • I’m all about cream lubes lately, it’s one of the lubricant formulas I have the least experience with. Why? Simply because I’m usually enjoying sleek silky smooth formulas that feel most similar to natural lubrication. I had hear great things about masturbation cream, which is market for men and couples mostly, but I hadn’t heard much about how it performs when used by females. Swiss Navy Premium Masturbation Cream comes in a unisex black tube with the fliptop cap on the bottom, and the blue and white Swiss Navy logo. Pretty discreet looking for packaging, it could look like an aftershave cream or even some facial moisturizer. The tube is a full 5 oz, and I like the fliptop being on the bottom, so that you can get all of the product out even when the bottle is nearly empty. Good design packaging goes a long way! This masturbation cream is not condom safe, as it’s made with an oil base. However, the oil base makes it great for solo or partner sex.

  • Ingredients: Mineral oil, Water, Glycerin, Petrolatum, Glyceryl Stearate SE, Polysorbate 60, Glycol Distearate, Dimethicone, Coconut Oil, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Yellow 5.

  • This cream isn’t all-natural or anything, it definitely has additives like glycerin, parabens, and urea – so for those with sensitive skin or allergies, be aware. This lube also has Yellow 5 in it, which some people are indeed allergic to, so if you aren’t sure, do a test patch on your skin before using. Since it’s made with mineral oil and coconut oil, this lubricant formula isn’t latex safe, so it’s not safe for condom use, as the oil can break down latex making the condom less safe and at risk of breakage. This formula is non-sticky, slightly greasy, but oh so smooth. Since this is market more as a male masturbation cream, the directions on the bottle actually say:

  • Apply desires amount directly on penis, palm pressure and friction quickly transform this rich lubricant into a slick lasting viscous sheath that will intensify your personal sexual experience

  • No real mention of females using it, or partner sex, but this lube can be used in those instances as well. The lubricant is somewhat thick and creamy, then as it warms up and the oils begin to mingle with your genitals and heat up, the oils begins to melt slightly creating a slick oil-based lubricant that is fine for solo or partner sex. I don’t suggest oil based lubes for anal sex, mostly because oil based lube isn’t condom compatible and also I find that the anus responds better to water-based or silicone lubes. A woman can use this lubricant on any glass, aluminum, steel or plastic toy. Some women prefer not to use oil based lubricants, and I wouldn’t suggest it for those who have skin allergies or have frequent vaginal infections. Petrolatum as listed in the ingredients, is petroleum jelly, which isn’t exactly ideal for vaginas. You know your body best and works best for you, so use your discretion when trying a new lubricant. As much as I like this formula, I can definitely see why it’s marketed toward men. Just a drop in the palm of your hand and a few strokes of the penis will make this cream turn into a smooth lubricant. I would keep this lubricant on hand (pun intended) for manual sex with a man, and I would highly recommend this lubricant to any guy out there looking for a quality lube that is long lasting, sleek, and non-drying.
