    Good to see a question that doesn't sound like it's coming from a child. All that really needs to be said to this person is, if you're with someone who cares about you and not just a random fling, scars won't matter at all. My BF has a few good scars that he's had all his life, and they simply don't matter to me. They aren't sexy, they aren't ugly, they just are and aren't important as they don't have any negative impact on who he is as a person. Same for you, question asker. Whatever scars you have aren't important, no matter how big or small they are, and anybody worth having sex with will feel the same way.
