So these clamps don’t come out too far, and they don’t open very wide. I found myself forcing my nipples into the clamps. I could wear them, but it took a bit of negotiating. If my nipples were just a bit bigger, these clamps would be ideal. Now that I understand the mechanics behind it, I will get smaller or narrow tip clamps for my next purchase. The black chain adds a bit of weight to them and adds to their kinky look. To adjust these clamps you need to open them up, and release pressure on them. The screw adjustment is really easy to figure out. The screw keeps the clamps from closing all the way, if that is what you need. Once you pull the clamps off the sensitivity of your nipples will be so heightened. This was my favorite part. I had them on really tight for about 15 minutes. Taking them off allows the blood to rush to the site, creating a feeling of warmth. Even the air hitting them was erotic after taking the clamps off.
